Questions, answered plainly

The questions people ask before they reach out.

Most people contact us while something stressful is happening. These are the things they want to know first — about privacy, what we do and don't do, pricing, and staying safe.

In person · With you present · No remote access · No cloud processing · No retained logs

Privacy & how the visit works

Will you see my private messages or photos?

Only if it is necessary to reduce a specific exposure, always with you present and on your own screen — never opened for review, copied, uploaded, or retained.

Will you take remote access to my device?

No. The work is done in person; there is no remote control at any point.

Will anything be uploaded to the cloud?

No. Your private data is not sent to any third-party system for processing.

Do you keep logs or copies of my data?

No. We keep no log of your digital life. Full-package clients receive a private dated record of the work performed — which is yours, and is not a record of your accounts or messages.

Can the other side tell that changes were made?

Sometimes a change is visible by design (for example, ending a session signs that device out). In sensitive situations we plan timing and sequencing with you rather than acting abruptly.

Can my spouse, partner, or business partner tell that I contacted you?

Contact is by WhatsApp or Signal and kept minimal. We never reach out to anyone else, and there are no forms or third-party systems involved.

Passwords & first contact

Do I need to give you my passwords?

No. You stay in control of your own credentials throughout.

What should I send in the first message?

Just a short, neutral note — for example: “I'd like to book a Private Exposure Assessment. The situation is [divorce / business dispute / inheritance / post-incident / other]. Please tell me the next step.”

What should I not send?

No passwords, screenshots, legal documents, intimate details, recovery codes, or detailed allegations in that first message. Sensitive details are discussed in the right setting, not in chat.

Pricing & payment

Why does the assessment cost ₪3,500?

It is a paid, in-person diagnostic with a senior cybersecurity expert — not a sales call. If you continue to a full package within 14 days, it is credited in full.

Is the assessment credited toward a full package?

Yes — in full, for any full package booked within 14 days.

Why is Personal Shield ₪14,000?

It is a full day of in-person expert work for one person and one primary phone, with every account identified together. More people, devices, or complexity are priced on top and scoped before any work begins.

What counts as urgent, and what does it cost?

Faster-than-standard scheduling, or emergency handling within 4 hours in Central Israel (a fixed surcharge of ₪4,200). If that urgent handling falls on a weekend or holiday, the surcharge is ₪5,800 all-in (it replaces the ₪4,200, it is not added to it).

The assessment & full packages

Is the assessment a sales call?

No. It is a paid diagnostic. You leave with a clear read on your situation whether or not you book anything further.

What do I actually get from it?

A brief, plain-English summary of what was reviewed, what appears most urgent, and what should happen next — including whether a full package is justified and what you should not try to fix alone.

What does Personal Shield include?

One person, one day, one primary phone, and every account identified together during the assessment or engagement. “Every account” means every account we identify together as relevant to your personal digital exposure — not a promise to find accounts you don't surface.

What if I need more than one device or person?

Additional devices, additional people, home network, and vehicle reviews are available as add-ons, or — for several people — as Inner Circle Shield. Scope is set before any work begins.

What we never do

Can you find out if I was hacked, or who did it?

No. We do not investigate or reconstruct the past. We reduce your exposure going forward.

Can you prove who accessed my account?

No. That is forensic work, which this service does not do — we focus on reducing your exposure from here on.

Can you investigate my spouse, partner, or business partner?

No. We only ever work on your own digital environment, never anyone else's.

Can you collect evidence for court?

No. The deliverable is a private record of the work performed — not legal evidence and not a forensic report.

Is this IT support?

No. IT support fixes devices. We reduce personal digital exposure when private information, access, or online trails could become leverage.

Is this legal advice?

No. We are not a substitute for your attorney, and we do not give legal opinions.

Do you guarantee I'll be safe, or that nothing remains exposed?

No honest service can promise that. We reduce the exposure we identify together — and we won't pretend more than that.

Attorneys & the private record

Can you work with my attorney?

Yes, where it helps and only with your permission.

Will I get something my attorney can use?

Full-package clients can receive an attorney-friendly summary — a plain-English description of the work performed, provided only if you authorize it. It is not a forensic report, legal opinion, or evidence document.

What is the private dated record? Is it legal evidence?

It is a dated record of what was checked and changed during a full package — something tangible you keep. It is not legal certification, a forensic report, court evidence, or a guarantee that no exposure remains.

Why not someone you know, and staying safe

Why not ask a tech-savvy friend or nephew?

This isn't about who can find a setting. It's about judgment, privacy, and discretion in a high-stakes situation. An informal helper can miss the wider picture, make a partial or mistimed change, or learn private things you'd rather they didn't — and turn a serious matter into family knowledge.

What if changing things could make my situation worse?

Then timing matters more than speed. In controlling-relationship situations we work to your safety plan and your legal or safety advisor's guidance, and we don't rush access changes that could escalate danger.

What is Annual Shield Review, and can I get it now?

It's a yearly review of what changed — new devices, accounts, access, travel, or household arrangements — and a chance to close what should no longer be open. It's offered only after a full package, not after an assessment alone.
