Urgent handling may be available by arrangement. Emergency handling within 4 hours in Central Israel carries a fixed surcharge of ₪4,200; urgent handling on a weekend or holiday carries a fixed surcharge of ₪5,800 (all-in). Cases outside Central Israel are by arrangement.

No. It is a paid, in-person diagnostic. If you go on to a full package within 14 days, the fee is credited in full.
Will you need my passwords or remote access?
No remote access, and you stay in control of your own credentials.
